I really like the current mod-squad.

they havent banned med but for 24hrs in the entire time ive been here.

i am now loyal to RS. like a dog. a big dog with teeth and impuse control issues. but i like it when blue eyes scratches my ears, and when craig tosses me a bone and stuff

yeah,,and im the one that yanked the leash,,,you went to-far even for me,,, the most lenient former admin/mod of RS.

Hello Curt, Dave, BoomerD and all the rest of the pre RS crew!

Moderator is a title and should not be seen as a mantle for form over substance. The job is relatively easy with the tremendous member base that we have. The many reported posts make it easy for us to edit/ban/delete spammers as needed and truly moderate and diffuse potentially volital and personal confrontations.

Answering posts is not required with the experienced and helpful member base. We all will look through a thread and if there is nothing salient to add we don't.

You can always PM us if you have specific concerns and we will address issues as timely as possible. And as a I've said many times before, without you members there wouldn't be anything to mod.

I did not expect there to be such a response to this thread. I wanted to just voice my concerns and they seem to have been answered. The site has been monitored better since i made this thread. Mission accomplished.
