I'm going to built a 31x31x22 cube so I've some questions.
How many tubes of silicone did you use? After how long should I remove the masking tape?

Thanks

you should remove the masking tape rather soon as that just makes it look better. before the silicone dries prob after about 5 mintues max

Those are great dimensions for a tank! R u asking about the masking tape used for producing perfect silicone lines? That one has to be removed immediately after you apply the silicone. Dont even wait 5 minutes.

Thanks, How many inches from the edge should I attach the tape? And how many Tubes of silicone did you use? I try to figure out how many tube I should get. Does 30 oz sound right

Thanks, and sorry for hitchhiking your thread.

No problem.

I used one tube of GE I from the hardware store.

I put the tape about 1/2" from the corner. Assuming your tank is braces, you really don't need that much silicone.

How's your bubble coral doing next to those zoas? any aggression?
How's your sailfin doing? I would love one, but I don't like the idea of it getting 1' 3".
Do you have a FTS? Pics look great as always BTW.

Thanks Frankie.

No aggression at in this tank except for the Anemone.

Sailfin is EVIL. Never again. Eats the feeding tentacles of LPS corals.
