Bob - have you got anything in the tank that eats Bryopsis? The last small patch I had an emerald crab took care of (the first time I had Bryopsis the emeralds I had wouldn't touch the stuff). On my first bought with a lot of Bryopsis a Foxfish I got cleaned it all up. Some have had luck with lettuce slugs. No guarantees with any of the animals. The elevated Mg level that Jim mentioned ^ has worked for some.
