Tank looking amazing as usual Glenn Could you take some distance shots of the tank in the room it's in? I would love to see how it sits in the room and how you have all the trim and such setup I don't mind if you don't want to take those sorts of photo's I'm just curious as 'd love to see how you have such a big tank and centrepiece sitting in a room!

I just spent 2 hours reading this post. Just fantastic. I notice no posts here for a few weeks. I also have a question. I see your sand bed is very clean Is it the same one you started with so many years ago? I am going to read about your system and calculator. I am setting up a 300g 8' tank same size as yours and I think I will try the same method. Thank you for sharing everything.

I tend to get the itch to trim my coral like one would bonsai. Did/do you trim any of your corals, to get them looking one way or another? Or let them just be and fight each other over space? Curious.
