Never mind, I got it. The outlet valve is odd in that if it is parallel with the spout, it is in off position. Must be British. :thumbup:

Odyssea PS75 skimmer. Hang on back configuration. Outlet valve wide open. Cup fills up in about 7 seconds and onto carpet. Suggestions?
