Torch attacking frogspawn

The title says it all. I used a turkey baster and separated them, the frogspawn seemed to be taking a beating, I will update...

That's the first time I've ever seen that. I've grown Frogspawn, Hammer, and Torch coral all growing into each other for years.

Of course I've heard (just recently) of a similar incident where coral that "seem" the same but from a very different region engaged in warfare in a smallish tank.


Wicked cool pic Doogle. You'll need to put a LOT more distance between them because this probably isn't a short term solution (but could make for some more amazing pictures).
 
ya my torch killed a head of my hammer and they have been next 2 each other for like 2 years just out of the blue at least it didn't kill the whole coloney

Ive had a frogspawn get one of it's sweepers nabbed by one of the heads of my Duncan. The Frogspawn was added to my tank years ago I didnt expect they would grow as close as they are now. The good the bad the evil going on in our tanks.
