Nice rock Bob - that and setting the tank up should keep you busy till the starter kit arrives!

(snowing heavily in Charlotte for a few hours now)

Looking good.. a little advice on positioning the tank, make sure you can get your shoulder behind the tank, i.e. dont push it right up against the wall. Then you'll find it alot easier to get to back if you need to.

Re: Awaiting my New RSM 250

Thanks for the update! The rockscape looks great. Did you go ahead and fix the rock with rods or epoxy?

We ended up with about the same amount of snow that you got.

Thanks Terry - I have only positioned the rock as I THINK I want it. Haven't secured it yet - the nylon all thread rod is harder to find than I thought - Lowe's nor Home Depot have it - I may get lazy and not even secure it as its actually pretty stable - also thought about using the white nylon cable tie strapping method but just can't make up my mind

If you still want to pursue it some have used the fiberglass rods from those driveway reflectors, and I think those are typically found at Lowes & Home Depot.

Great idea and I know just what your talking about I didn't think of that - I'm guessing since not threaded would use super glue gel or clear silicone to hold the rods in place ?
