I'd heard via an inside source that Red Sea was coming out with some surprises - I guess this is one. 500 liters - 132 gallons. Twice as big as a 250 - looks nice! Hopefully they've managed to design out the flaws of the 130 and 250 models. New raised hood too!

in the past... Red Sea... released D version of 130 & the 250 model around Christmas...

just a guess... but that would be my guess... around Christmas...

I hear ya Fruit Bat... Sam here I just got my 250 about 3 weeks ago it would of been nice to see this earlier...

It does look like a really nice tank. I guess they have had too many complaints about the heat which I would imagine is why they opened up the top.
