The tank looks great and nice pictures! I don't see much algae so you may not need any more CUC.

Do you think what I have in front of tank is cyano algae ?

It looks more like diatom. Keep an eye on it in case it starts turning red. At 7 weeks it's probably still diatom.

Is brown I have little patches of green and pink but it looks to me like coraline, can coraline grow on sand ?

Coralline can grow on sand, but keep an eye on the pink stuff. If it is cyano starting, getting more flow to that area is one thing that helps to get rid of it. Also avoid overfeeding. It's pretty common to get a little bit of cyano in newer tanks, so don't get too worried about it.

hate to say... but your nem in a new tank... is going to be a challenge, few make it, most end up dieing

your pic of the hermits - ganging up & having an escargot dinner is a classic - snails for cucs
