Nice that things are moving along,
Quick suggestion, that chiller won't cut it, what will happen it's that it will stay on all the time and won't get water cooled, electric bill will go sky high and probably the chiller will fail at some early point.

Sorry about the glass lid, better get an 5 to 6mm acrylic one, you don't want glass get broken inside the tank once it's filled in with live stock.

Yea I know the chiller is a bit small. Unfortunately I'm stuck with it. It's brand new and I paid $700 for it. We keep our house at 78 in the summer so I'm hoping a couple fans and the chiller will work. If it ends up being an electric hog I guess I'll have to sell it and try to get a bigger one. Lol unless someone has a bigger one and needs a smaller one. I'd be willing to trade straight up.

What type of lighting are you looking to use? Are you sure you'll need one?

With 78 degree around the fans will work great, my fishroom stables with just one fan, and it's not even pointing toward the sump, just removing the excess of heat out of the room though the window.
Couple of Vornado fans pointing in the sump using a controller so they don't get water too cold would do the job.
