Great UPdate Josh! I'm with Dom in thinking WE NEED A PICTURE to go with it.
I want to see your new Zoas...If you have time for 15gal WCs every week, you have time to take pictures

too bad you are so far away, I could help you out there. Those Zoas look like they are fast growers & should spread onto your other rock.

I'm trying for an update every week. Getting a star fish this week (always wanted one). Then I'm going to look into some new coral to start filling it up more. I'm really taking my time now and not rushing anything. I don't want to stock it just to have to remove down the road. My ric is still doing really bad, it's alive but almost gone... Not sure what todo. I've moved it around to every spot possible

wicked pics mate It's grouse to see your tank again and even better seeing that it's looking so good
The zoa's will do fine like that and they'll start to grow everywhere once they're settled and happy, definitely a good thing
Don't worry too much about the ric, we all have corals that don't thrive. Acans don't much like my tank nor do mushrooms really, so just grow what does love the tank or adjust slightly for other corals What sort of starfish are you looking to get? And it would be awesome seeing a Ince a week update or check in even

Figured an update on water change day would be fitting.
Tank is doing great still, I decided today to move my ric again and hope to see something happen because it's almost done for in its current spot..(fingers crossed).
Today was the big wc day, big because it was not just my reg 20gal wc but I decided to go all out!..
I cleaned my black filters (I know most don't have) I do this every 3 weeks or so. I also took my skimmer out fully and gave that a good cleaning also. Cleaned off the rocks and really put that toothbrush to work lol. I also put in 2 new CPE, and also a new thing of purging.
Fish are happy and coral is doing great. Still thinking about a star fish but going to wait it out a bit longer I think.

Thanks for checking in mate. Cleaning all the equipment is a pita but satisfying once done. Good work and looking forward to pics also.

What sort of shape bigger tank are you going to go? Shallow, standard, massive cube or something more custom??
