I have a very bad feeling it is the a** end of a fulgida worm.

Crapola! I hope either it's a large portion of one and it's now dead or it wasn't one to begin with. People who don't like bristle worms would LOVE to have them compared to this predator. I actually know of a tank that was torn down and re-started because of these worms.

Good luck Ian. Everything is looking AWESOME!!

To battle the heat I decided (meaning my wife suggested after subliminally planting the idea) to build a fish room around my garage setup. An AC will cool the room quite nicely and I should be able to maintain a regular 79 degrees without a chiller.

Very Nice Ian. A lot of people say the AC unit is the way to go. Should be nice!

Looks good.
Why didn't you just go up to the ceiling? How did you attach to the wall?
Fully agree with closing it in. Much easier to cool off that way.
Interesting build Ian. Keep up the good work!

Great looking fish Ian. Maybe one day I'll be able to get some as well.
Isolating the equipment from the garage air and "conditioning it" allows you to go to a whole new level of control.

Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing your progress with us :)

I've been wondering about this build & how the tank is shaping up. :ponder2:
Would Love to see an UPDATE & some new pictures :snshne:

Really nice setup there, Ian! Respect!
There is just one thing bothering me with your setup ;-)
Salt water and hard drives!
