True Neophytes...

Well I am new to the forum thing. 22 years old. have been keeping FOWLR tanks for 13 years and Reef/invert tanks for 10. I am the aquatics specialist, aka: fish nerd minus the gills, at a LFS. Other than being the sole care-taker of 120 tanks at my job, i have been venturing into the nano scene and always strive for the preservation of our beautiful hobby through intelligent husbandry and proper care and collecting techniques.
First time evr joining a forum of any kind. excited to hopefully lend my ear as well as my knowledge and experience to further our hobby as safely as possible.

ATTTT: DMATT: what kind of frags are you keeping in the 270? Soft or Hards? Both??!!? Lol!! I need some Zooas for my newest 12G nanoreef.........obviously depending on location! James

I keep sps, lps, leather n zoas between the 3 tanks. You never know what's going in there next! I'm here in southern indiana.

Welcome, glad you joined us. Dont worry, nobody will give ya grief for being a "Fish nerd" as you put it. We have several. Rather than make fun of em, we pick their brains for info instead. And Im a Computer Geek by profession, so i never make fun of smart people.


Having wisdom doesnt mean having all the answers. It means knowing where to go to get the answers.
