Took almost 2 years, but the clowns have finally settled...

Hey all,

Just a quick post, but I wanted to give hope to those who have been waiting an inordinate amount of time for their clowns to host an anemone they added to their tank. It has been almost 2 years and my clowns JUST became new best friends with my RBTA . Previously, they wouldn't stray from their precious torch coral. Clearly a bad breakup occurred and my clowns moved on to bigger and better things because here they are enjoying their new home.

It has been about 1 month and they haven't left my RBTA's side. I can't speculate as to why they had a change of heart, other than within the past year my RBTA moved from the bottom of my RSM130 to the middle-upper portion of the tank. Also, I have always assumed my female clown is tank bred and as such, really had no idea what my RBTA was. It was only after she started brushing up against it's foot that she started to warm up to it. Obviously I have no basis for either of these claims and otherwise would just chalk it up time.

P.S. They now nip me when I put my hands in the tank near their anemone... apparently they don't like it when I'm all up 'in their grill'.
