my name is dwayne i have a 300g with a 55 sump coral life skimmer a 2g refusim that drines in to a 5g bucket that i am useing as a refusim too

I also have a larger tank. I have a 220. Now I have a smaller sump. I have the sump that came with the tank. I think I may need to get a larger one. I can not tell the size of it. I guess it looks like a 30 gallon tank?? Could be wrong. Is this a problem? How would I make my own sump and what size should I make?

I guess I can join this thread now..

I got my 265 Gallon Tank with a 20g sump installed about a week and a half ago. It's got 350lbs of LR and hopefully soon some fishes and coral. Even though some of the rock has coral growing on it already :). I'll add some pictures tonight.

would a 155 and a 75 frag tank plumbed into a common 75 sump,about 300 gallons count?

I still do huge waterchanges
