Just posting to say that the glass trick worked for me. There was a hitchhiker crab in one of the live rocks. I found which rock and hole he was living in and used a small amount of gel brine shrimp in the bottom of a glass. Within 2 hours he was in the glass.
Added my first 2 corals last Wednesday. A toadstool and a hairy green mushroom. Gotta start somewhere.
I'm still trying to learn how to take decent photos through glass.
Got 50lbs Marco Rocks to add to the tank. Website states that 50lbs will be 3 - 4 football size pieces. I needed more smaller building rocks so I made a request for 1 large and the rest medium. I'm 100% satisfied with what I received. :bouncer:
