I agree with the Pocillapora ID. Very hardy SPS coral. Someone correct me if Im wrong but when a coral has very extended polyps it is not a sign of being healthy but reaching for food or light.

Yes it'll extend it's feeder tentacles and mimic feeding responses based on flow and on chemical response like when you clean your glass or feed something to the tank.

Isn't gingivitis some kind of ear cancer? Or is it that smelly tooth thing?
