Hi I am new here but not new to reef tanks. I have been in the hobby for over ten years now and I am still learning new things everyday. This seems to be a very good site so I thought I would join and take a look around.

I am also a big Radium fan. What ballasts are you useing? Have you tried to burn just the radium's without the supplementing?

I am burning them on blueline eballasts. Not the best ballat to burn them on as far as PAR is concerned but they do look good. I have thought about completely getting rid of my VHO since the radiums are so blue.
