Identify that macro...

Well I found this macro growing in my tank. It grows fast under my TX5 lighting. I like it and planted it there near a small piece of rubble. Can anyone tell me what this is and if it is OK for my tank or is it some nuisance plant?

Looks like a type of caulerpa

I had a single sprig of it growing on 4 snails for a bit, they looked like they were getting satellite tv
