HELP!!! :eek:verhere: I have a purple bonzi that i have had for about a year ... it has been doing vary well so i clipped a frag from it 3 days ago .... today i spotted a "blemish" on it and i'm not sure what it is ... Disease, parasite.... I think the anamone stung it, but to be safe i thought i'd ask... the yellow circle is the spot

My RBTA killed my red sea xenia the other day.. didn't hurt my feelings though.. I was getting ready to get rid of it anyways :)

How did you frag it?
Were you wearing gloves when you did?

Is the blemish anywhere near where you touched or fragged it?

i used clipers (bone cutters)
no didn't use gloves ... washed hands rinsed well with RO
No and no didn't come near it the only thing to touch the main colony was the clippers (see pics ... big white spot is the frag spot)
