The drive shaft broke and they sent me the back plate impeller and drive shaft.They sent me all new parts 2nd day air free of charge.Excellent customer service...:whstlr:

Bruce... any idea why it broke, Have you had it running constant since you got it, same mode or changing modes? Just wondering, I'm getting mine in a couple of months. Your the first I've seen with any reported problem. Thanks!

there was a report on a bad batch of them sent out, the problem was drie shafts i think

That was indeed great service! I took mine all apart and cleaned it thoroughly yesterday, then (as usual) couldn't quite remember how to put it back together correctly and I wasn't sure of a few minor things, even with the directions. So I went to the website videos and quickly figured it out.
