This build was motivated by my need to keep up with the jones's... mainly Matt Jones..lmao...

Anyway.. 1 4x8 sheet of 3/8 and Im in business... a couple hours of cutting and snappin and I'm on my way..

Though there was a few hickups in the glueing everything turned out sound and holds water so far

I will post more as it gets done... thanks guys!

A 6" DA air sander and a propane torch....probably not the right way but it worked

Everybody say thanks kitty! I didn't trust this back seam at all so I sanded it all and glued a strip over the back....... thanks kitty!

I went head and painted the back panel white.. it turned out great.. I'll PST some more pics when I get home

FYI - you can also use a sanding block to smooth the edges.

Jj I tried that on it first and I envy you for having that kind of patients... I had to get out the power tools... my ADD made me.

Nice job Devon! I recommend black, nothing better for taking photographs, colors really stand out against it. Will you be plumbing tbis into your existing system, or stand alone?
