Can anybody ID this coral please

Hi all,

I was in my LFS today and saw a coupe of pieces of this coral, but they couldn't tell me anything about them as they couldn't ID them as their 'expert' wasn't in today, so if anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Thats great, I think you are right on it being a Turbinaria.

Turbinaria aka scroll coral. i have a brown/yellow one. if its purple it should have yellow rim and polyps

Yap turbinaria mesenterina, I like more reniformis ones, they grow in a cup-like shape

I've just spoken to the LFS and their expert agrees with you all.

I shall pop down there and get it today.
