Algae help/advice

Hey people tank is running great everythin is perfect fish are so happy yet I still have this algae of some kind on my live rock I was wondering if you expert could help me find out what it is and how I can rid of it
Hope the picture helps

Also on my back wall I have lots of white things look like shells but there stuck to the wall and are difficult to remove
What are they?

Any help would be great guys

Looks like green turf algae and those other things are probably snail eggs.

They ain't snail eggs there literally glued to the back wall only a razor blade can remove them

They are one of the few that eat red turf, won't they eat the green?

Are you sure yours are Mexican turbos? There are several other turbos, I know members have tried without success

That was me my Mexicans also ate red bubble algae which was a nice bonus.

The algae might be maiden hair / turtle weed. I've been fighting this stuff also. It is very pretty and my pod population has exploded with it in my tank, but unfortunately it does spread. My turbo never touched it, nor to any of my other snails or crabs. From my reading, this stuff has a chemical in it that makes it taste bitter to prevent critters from eating it. I guess sea turtle love it though, too bad I can't get one of those in my tank
