Thanks Doni.
Unfortunately I lost that blenny a Several months ago.
He just disappeared and I never saw nor found his remains.
However last fall when Olivert0o tore down her tank I bought her Arc eye Hawk fish along with quite a few corals including this green monti Thanks Debbie.
Here is some FTS of the 55g.
The lil tank was my QT that is now holding the original inhabitants of my 12g nano which is cycling right now with new TBS LR. The red bubble algae won the battle for the nano but I am going to win the war.
Here are some more photos.
A little more close up FTS
A pair of Monti's that I got from OlivertOO. They are still growing Debbie.
A pagoda cup that I got from another reefer who sold off his reef for a billiards table. Actually it is a Pagoda Plate. It is as big as a dinner plate.
I have had a loss recently
The Anchor coral that hosts the Picasso clowns developed brown jelly.
I did 20g WC every 2 days for two weeks and that slowed the decline but eventually the Anchor was gone.
Kind of morbidly the picassos still call the skeleton home.
Tonight I ordered a new Anchor Coral from the Diver's Den.
It will arrive on Friday
I hope Guernia and Dryad like it!
The new Anchor coral arrived this morning.
The Picassos took to it right away.
The first photo was taken 5 minutes after the coral was put in the tank.
30 minutes later you can see the tentacles starting to come out.
Then I had to go to work.
So the Picassos seemed to like the new anchor coral for a couple of days.
Then Guernica (the female) moved on up . . . .to the Duncans. A day later Dryad followed her. The first day or two the Duncans were not too sure what was going on but they now have adjusted to their new guests.
Some other photos from this evening.
A FTS.
My new coral. The blue one! A Hydnophora microconos (thanks again Frankie for the ID help!)
My chalice and the arc eye hawk fish
Wow Jeff! Your 55 looks spectacular! Love that elegance, and the growth in your duncan's is simply amazing.
I'm really happy to see you photogging again. I have to get started back with that, too. I haven't picked up my camera in quite a while.
I hope you're well!
