hey guys got 110 g 5 ft long tank that i am fully redoing. i mean cleanup resealing, and my favorite restock. doing a custom stand and canopie build also! will deff be picturing the progress!

picked up this 110g plus a 30g long for a sump and 2 36" t5 fixtures with 4 new 20k bulbs all for 50 bucks

Nice and gratz.
I just cleaned my tank after several months of abandonment, I used vinegar and the thing was crystal clear.

wessendorf15 great start and excellent job, just remember don't skimp on the silicone. When is the water test? any plans on what you are going to do for overflow?

trust me i didnt skimp used 2 full bottles! water test in 3 days bottle says one day. butt will give extra time to make sure

wessendorf15 excellent job so far . I see you pass the first test with flying colors. That stand is coming along great, are you planing to put a sump in the stand? if so make sure you figure in headroom and how you are going to work on it in the stand.

yes a 20 g sump and 10g refuge i have plenty of headroom. stand is 40 1/2" to make the tank sit at eye level!

This is great so far. Best of luck. I keep telling people that you can up a saltwater tank without spending thousands. I sure hope you prove me right on this one.

well the stand cost aroung 37 all together. resealing cost about 10 bucks gonna spend 180 for skimmer and 200 for my lighting.
