Call me crazy but aren't those flatworms on the glass? If it is I wouldn't send them that picture for sure as they will just say the quality of your tank has not given them a chance to color up?

I think it was $20, but we didn't order anything that looked like that. The ones we thought we were getting were much prettier. I wouldn't have spent as much as I did if I knew what I'd actually get.
