Yet another ? for the pro's

Okay this is strange. My tank is 6 weeks oléd and one of my stock 50/50 PC's went out. I shoot down to the ol' LFS and they have two options for me.

1. 65w PC 50/50

or

2. 65w PC full actinic

I bought option 2. got home put it in and she is nice and blue. My question is that since I am keeping coral is only one 10K enough or do I need to keep it even with 2 50/50 pairs?

I would have called Pinky for a replacement, 6 weeks is too soon. What you put in was a PC bulb. The stock bulbs are 55W T5 with PC connections. Will your bulb work possibly, that is 75% actinic and may not be enough for corals. I would rather have the correct bulb in the tank, it is much brighter than a PC T6 bulb.

Not really. There was one other bulb that popped up a few years ago but I imagine it is hard to fine. Best to stick with the stock bulbs.
