Because I wanted to get other ideas. I value the thoughts and ideas of most of the reefers here at RS!

Yes I think it means they do need to stay wet/damp because they are currently in sealed bags with visible moisture sealed right in.

I still vote textured.
All the GSP I glued to the glass back wall has all fallen off.
