What kind of sponge is this?

Hey all, about 6 months ago I received a piece of LR that had a black goo ball on it. I left it alone. And taa daa! It grew into this awesome sponge. The problem is... I can not find anything about it online... Any comments?

Hmmm, I dont think so. I even looked at the sponges on that page. This sponge is really hollow and is squishy. Kind of feels like a wet napkin. Really fragile I tore it twice already:white: but thank goodness it repaired itself really fast. The pieces that tore off I put in a hole in some LR and they seem to be growing really fast as well.....
