What is this weird thing?

What is this critter / worm coming out form rock holes and in my sand bed. here are some pictures, would appreciate if u guys can educate me on whether this is good or bad for my tank.

That's a spaghetti worm. Harmless scavengers.

+1 on the spaghetti worm. I have about 5 of them around my tank. Don't bother a thing. But like Uslanja said, I have never seen one out of it's hole either. Nice pics!!

heh k, good to know that its harmless. I sucked a few out with the tube while cleaning. They are disgusting looking.

It is not a spaghetti worm but a Cirratulid "hair Worm" .
