What is this thing?

Just wondering what this is?

It looks kind of like a Sea Squirt ( truncate) but its Mobile.. its now moved onto the glass . lol Its kinda like a Sponge with Feathers.. ??

well this thing seems to move.. I mean it was not there a couple of days ago.. ?

If it is not mobile they it Grows really really fast..

they arent mobile to my knowledge. I havent seen them move in my tank....

Unless it grew over a matter of 3 days.. lol.. then it must have moved!

They will pop up pretty fast. Filter feeders, generally considered beneficial but definitely harmless. They usually bloom and then die off over several months.

I had literally hundreds stuck to the inside of my skimmer, and could never figure out what the heck they were, I even asked on RAG, but no one could tell without a pic, and I couldn't get a good one. And yes, they do pop up really fast.
