Uploading Photos to RS

I just used the Tapatalk app for Android and it worked great. Didn't have to muck around with any settings, just took the picture and it, uploaded, posted a url and linked it.

O.K. This happened before, but I don't remember what to do. I went to photo gallery and created an album but it wont let me upload images. Before I can even get the box that tells it where to find the pic I get a message that I have exceeded the limit. But there are no other pix in the album yet. So what do I do?
