How are the live stock packaged?

Live stock are double-, triple-, or quadruple-bagged to ensure they make it safely. The livestock then are carefully packed into the styrofoam container. As we do not know the local weather conditions in your area, you will need to make the request for a heat pack or an ice pack when you place your order. Again, we do not charge for heat or ice packs.

GUARANTEE :

We guarantee live arrival. However, we are NOT responsible for shipping delays. If for some reason there is a DOA coral, we will gladly issue store credit for the full amount of the dead coral minus shipping. In order for a store credit to be issued, we must be contacted within 2 hours of delivery and must receive a clear photograph (SPECIFY - OF WHAT) within 24 hours. Failure by the customer to accept the package on the first delivery attempt will void this guarantee.

We are are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or mistakes made by the shipping carrier. We will assist you should you need help to file a claim with the appropriate carrier.
