Im not real sure if this is posted in the right place so if not I apologize. Im not sure if this tank is considered a "reef" but its obviously not a FOWLR so...
A very good friend of mine ( the guy that got me hooked on this hobby) decided it was time to move from Tennessee to Florida and this tank was just to large for where he was going to live. So he generously gave it to me.

Thank you for the compliment. Ill give credit where it is due the next time I talk to my buddy. Its a 120g. I have to say I LOVE this thing in my living room. :grinner:

Its the first thing you see when you walk in the front door. The first response is usually " What in the world!! ". Haha

Lots and lots of pain was in the process. Lol. We used 4, 30 gallon totes for water and corals. 1 or 2 , 5 gallon buckets for substrate. And 2 trucks and alot of heavy lifting. We did the move a little later in the evening to try and moderate the temperature. We had to transport the tank about 40 miles. 40 nerve wracking miles for me. We ended up losing 3 damsels but that was from a mistake on my part. =(

I don't see the damsels as a loss. I hate the fact that they died but you will be happy that they aren't in your tank later on.

That's what bothers me is that they died. I still have 2 damsels in the tank but they seem really mellow.

In that last picture with the frogspawn thee is another coral to the right. Can anyone tell me what those are? I had about 4 heads when I got it and there is about 15-20 now. I think I may have paid like $3 for them.

Give them time....you will want them out. I still cringe when I think about them in my old setup.

Don't know the retail name on that polyp.
