Strange long white worm appeared in my reef tank

Please help identify the worm in the below video and pictures. Not sure if it's something I should be removing from the tank and I've never seen it before. P.s sorry for the GFs commentary! haha

to RS ! i would guess a swimming polychaete worm - harmless... many swim at night...
