I thought it did.. certainly when i started to see 0 ammonia and high nitrates. in anycase ill transfer back the live stock to the 30, get a shrimp and put it in the tank and monitor it for 1-2 weeks

Are you able to measure ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates each day so we can identify the peak in each and watch your cycle progress?

Another member here also though his cycle was done but ended up only being stalled because there was not enough organic matter to decompose, therefore not enough ammonia, therefore not enough bacteria.

The moment organic matter was added ammonia spiked because there was not enough bacteria to transform it.

Pls keep us posted. the tank cycle requires significant patience and certainty.. when in doubt if cycle has completed always mash up a raw deli shrimp to be safe.
