HELP! Sabae anemone

I bought my anemone yesterday I dropped it on front of the tank and with her tentacles she flipped went all the way to the back now i think she is stuck also I heard they dint harm fish is it true???? I wish I can upload the pics it says file to large what should I do? And should i worry for the rest of the crew

Thanks for your reply I was able to get her out safely and moved her she seems happy with the spot I found her but man my mandarin goblin was sucked yo the over flow and i was looking for him couldn't find waited and nothing something told me check the bio balls box and she was there dont know for how long but she is alive exhausted but I alive u think he will die when I put it in the tank he swim but went to the bottom I assume to rest so I let it be
