RSM 250, noisy startup and power failure

HI! I'm new to the forum and am looking for advice on my RSM 250. When the hood powers itself on, there is a grinding noise coming from the right side of the hood (right side as you are facing the tank). The lights often blink on and off and sometimes it causes my circuit to trip and I loose all power. This grinding seems to only last about 5 minutes as the system is "warming up" and then it seems fine.

Anyone ever have this issue?

I guess... is light fans... they are needed, if they go out, they lights will shut off (safety feature) , I have never done, it but several threads on replacing them... I will try to fine one, I don't think it extremely hard from what I have read...
