3 weeks ago I ordered two acroporas and a BTA from RHS. The next day when I received the order I was missing an acropora accompanied by a letter that read, "items highlighted did not pass shipping inspection and were not sent with your order. The total amount of the items not sent has been refunded to your credit card." I was fine with that, except 3 weeks later they haven't refunded me and refuse to answer me by email or phone messages, not to mention they have never even picked up the phone during business hours. Almost everything on their website is sold out and stated that they were closed to walk in customers. It looks like they are closing down and I probably wont get refunded for the $50 acropora I paid for. Regardless I plan to file a complaint with BBB.

did u use paypal? if so i think u can lodge a complaint and if i am correct get the money back from them..im not to familiar witl pp so i could be wrong
