red worm... good or bad?

I found these guys on my rocks in my sump. I was about to put the rocks im my display unti i saw them. I have about a dozen of them on a few rocks. I have them in a bucket. Un yt? il i know if they are goog or not .

Those are bristle worms and generally harmless. If they get large you can remove them.

Do not touch them with your fingers. They have a lot of fine spines that can break off in your skin, and you can get infected by bacteria.

+1 ^ Bristleworms are Good members of the cuc (clean up crew)

they can get back in the rocks & eat debris where snails can't reach (think of them as earthworms of the sea) - there numbers will increase & decrease depending on how much you are overfeeding :winky:
