Does anyone use Red Sea NO3O4-X Biological Nitrate and Phosphate Reducer?

Smells alcoholic and is probably a lot like vokda dosing. Any experience with this out there?

I'm hoping that this will nuke my hair algae problem (which was initially caused by using bad water from the grocery store). I'm now on RO/DI water with very limited feeding. After all, this is a pretty reputable supplier...
