Powerheads

Looking for quick opinion on the Vortech power heads for reliability. Thumbs up or thumbs down. First 10 respondees make up my mind for me LOL.

I don't have one (yet) but DO plan to get a pair of them for my next tank. I've heard nothing but good..no GREAT things about them.

At $195.00 ea. they better be great! Better run forever with proper care as well. I really would like to put a pair of them in my future tank if I ever get to build it.

I've had a MP10 since they came out and no reliability issues yet. Anyone who hasn't heard GREAT things about Vortechs hasn't talked to many people who own them. They are not a pump; they are a force of god!

I have a pair of MPW40's and they are amazing. I can't vouch for the reliability as I've not had them long enough.

I have the 40 and its out off this world best £280 i've spnet on the tank

I have had an MP20 about 18 mos and it has never failed, I love these pumps
