Tampa area is fine, some strong winds (gusts to about 60) and rain... other than that we are fine..... Hope my neighbors in Miami and Napels area are ok...

it felt like we were getting it up here in jersey also,,,we had a nor'easter yesterday, strong winds lots of rain, and a pond in my back yard. glad i got some mowing done,,,thanks MPS9506 for the gas,,,lol

I was in Melbourne over the weekend. I flew in Thurs night. It wasnt as bad as I expected...as you said, heavy wind and rain and some power loss. I'm glad to hear your parents were ok.

I was supposed to fly out of Orlando yesterday morning, but they closed the airport around 10am, so I had to stay another night. I had to wait until today and I flew out at 11am, arriving back in Chicago around 2.30 this afternoon.

My friend, Amanda, didnt have any complaints about me staying another night though. hahaha ;)
