Niger Trigger with stoney coarls

Hello everyone verhere: I was wondering if it is possible to have stoney corals in with my Niger Trigger. He is like two inches. I heard that they eat corals but would they mess with the stoney ones. Also, if I can't which corals could I put in with him. ( that he will not eat) I have a FOWRL setup and I just wanted to add a little color to my aquarium. Thanks

every trigger is different, ive had bluethroats with coral and never had an issue before but its all a risk and can be an expensive chance to take

start with cheap mushrooms/polys to sea if he eats them, then move to cheap stonies and see what happens. It is also important to keep him well fed so that he is not tempted to eat the corals
