New 60gal Tank! =]

Hi all! Well, I started my first 14gal BioCube about a year ago or so and the bug's got me real bad. So, my brother and I found this bran new 60gal on craigslist here in orange county for only 70 bucks. I'm currently making some DIY aragocrete and saving up for an DIY LED array. I don't suspect this tank to be up and running for another month or so, but I wanted to start my first chronicle! Anyway, I have a question for some of you with much more knowledge than I: Here is a picture of the tank and a sticker. I need to know if I can drill this tank's bottom for an overflow or if it's made of tempered glass. (sorry about the quality...camera phone)

cali =]...wish it were new york right now though...weather here is terrible and I haven't visited the east coast in such a long time.
