Have you actually seen the new fish act aggressively towards other fish? Or did you just find the other fish dead, and assume the new fish is the culprit?

Its pretty aggressive trying to bite my large Anthias and when i stick my hand in the tank it bit me too!

Would definately agree with the above assessment, it's probably a juvenile Plagiotremus rhinorhynchos or Bluestriped Fangblenny. The juveniles of this species mimic the striped cleaner wrasse, but instead of cleaning, they bite off small bits of flesh and scales.
