Just looking at some older pictures and can't believe how big my Trachy has got! Must be all the prawns it's been eating!

Thanks I really enjoy my tank and am considering getting a filefish to help with the aiptasia. I am using aiptasia x but some are unreachable and with everyone in the tank happy I worry that I might upset the balance as the tank is well stocked.

Nice tank (but would be as it is the same as my smaller one lol). My only gripe is that they are a 2 compartment sump.

Coming along nicely, isn't it.

I wouldn't bother with the file fish. They don't always go for Aips and you are probably already stocked for fish. With the Aips being out of sight, I wouldn't worry about them unless they start invading the tank. They are beneficial to the system.

Added a couple of corals and 2 cowries from a friends rank breakdown. Tanks looking pretty full now!

Thought I'd do a little picture update as it's been a while though not much has changed. Lots of coral growth and I added a Caribbean anemone.

Is that power strip still laying on the bottom of the sump compartment? If it was me, I'd elevate it.

Nice tank. Good thread.

So far so good the nem is happy in its rock Diana and yes mike that is the power strip that I keep meaning to elevate!
Here's a short video update and my wrasse is off to bed - amazing the speed of diving and disappearing into the sand bed

You'll be pleased to know that I've elevated my power strip and even labelled each plug ready for going away soon. Scary thought that im organised for a change. Sure my lovely son will do a good job looking after the tanks! Least I can log in to the camera and take a peek every now and again..

Well I haven't been on for a while so thought I'd give a little update!
The nem decided to get up and move so I switched it into my other tank ( it's a bit large now)
and put my green hammer back in.
Sadly I lost boris the blenny - he just disappeared :tears:
Yesterday I found a chiton - he looks cool and find it amazing that I've never seen it before!!

I am always fascinated when I find something new in my tank that I didn't know was in there. It's amazing how little things can sneak in there on us and then one day show up, mocking us, telling us that we know too little. Just look at that smug face on that Chiton, thinking he's tougher than us with that rough exterior. Just who does he think he is?! :)
