well, went away for the weekend and came home and my clam was tipped over and to my surprise when i turned it upright it was just a clean shell on the inside. also last night i noticed that one of my two clown fish was missing, i looked high and low and cannot see any pieces or parts.... anyone have any ideas, would a snowflake eel do this ? the eel is only 8" long and small compared to the clownfish 2" and the clam was about 3"

any ideas

A hungry snowflake will eat a just about anything although they are reefsafe to a point. They are really spastic feeders when hungry they will search out food. so I could see it eating the internals of a 3 inch clam and a clown fish. espcially if you were gone for a couple days.

These are my thoughts
