Microscopic critter ID

Anyone good at microscopic ID's? I got a microscope on Monday and saw this little guy on my glass. They can sure hold on well! They're the same size as the million copepods on my glass, and they like shade (they were all huddled under my mp40).

Sorry about the poor quality images, I really don't know anything about microscopes. Hopefully I'll improve a little in taking images as I get more experience

From the first picture it almost looks like his body is plated......like a chiton or a horseshoe crab

Looks like its a type of harpacticoid copepod from online pics.

I think you were right in your copepod guess. I could take some pics of muniid isopods too though like that one above
